Pre-Greasing with Marine Grease: No, they cannot be custom pre-greased with marine grease prior to shipment, as these kits are mass-assembled and sealed at the factory.
If you need marine grease for boat or watercraft applications:

Clean Out Factory Grease: Standard lithium grease and marine grease (typically calcium-sulfonate or aluminum-complex based) are often chemically incompatible. Mixing them can cause the grease to break down, thin out, and leak past the inner seals.

Repack the Bearings: Disassemble the hubs, remove all factory lithium grease, clean the bearings with a solvent, and repack them manually with your preferred high-temperature marine wheel bearing grease before installation.
To verify proper assembly after repacking, spin the hub by hand—it should turn smoothly with light resistance and show no grease weeping around the dust cap or inner seal.
