Can this be installed under the hitch's ball? Safety Chain Link - Class II - 3,500 lb. - Black Finish
My vehicle rides law, so it has a receiver that raises 6".
The chain hooks are deep inside the bumper. If I used longer chains it will defeat the purpose of the safety chain preventing from the trailer from hitting the ground.
So I need to have the hooks closer
